Happy February!

I thought this was a beautiful quote to share for the month:

I love this quote! The more we are alive in every part of our lives, the more we are giving our children permission to be alive and be who they are.
~Some food for thought.~

This month I have written two articles: one for Neighbors Newspaper entitled ‘Sitting in the Corner’ and the other for The Ray entitled ‘Beautiful Moments’. Enjoy!

I am happy to announce that the first of our Peaceful Bellies series for 2008 is underway, and babies are feeling the love and connection! If you are interested in participating in a future class, let me know!

Also, in November, you may recall that I was interviewed on a radio show. That recording is now on the website!

Earlier this month, I attended a workshop on Miracles. Little did I know that SNOW was on its way! On February 14th, we could see snow outside our window! For some of you receiving this newsletter, that is not a big deal. However, when you realize that I live in Southern California, just north of San Diego, that IS a miracle!

My challenge to you is to begin looking for the miracles that happen in your life every day. The birth of a baby is a miracle.The love we receive from our children … the love they feel from us … miracles. Beautiful green grass in your yard … another miracle. Miracles are everywhere! What about the fact that all of the produce you could EVER want is sitting in ONE place at the grocery store, ready for you to take home ~ THAT's a miracle!

When you experience a miracle, point it out and experience it with your children. Experience the gratitude. Keep saying, “That is a miracle.” The more you notice the miracles, the more miracles there are to notice. They are always there. We just have to be open to seeing them. I would love to hear your stories about the miracles in your life. Please let me know what miracles you are experiencing!
