I trust you are enjoying the holiday season with all of its lights and color!

This month I thought I would share something simple, yet very profound. As we become fully engaged in the festivities of the holidays and the close of 2007, it is easy to become busy and stressed. Let us remember to stop and smell the roses, to enjoy the lights, to get in touch with the child inside of each of us!

Christmas can be so magical. Imagine what you can do to get in touch with the magic, fun and excitement of the season. Connect with your children there. It is so much more fun!

If you are expecting a baby, allow your baby to experience the joy of the holidays through you. Feel the joy and know that your baby feels what you feel. There is nothing like it!

Love to a child is spelled ... T - I - M - E

What can you do to enjoy this time of wonder as a family? What about creating a family "date night"? Do your kids enjoy board games and/or hot cocoa by the fire?

There will be a time (sooner than you think) when your kids will be off living their own lives. Enjoy the time when they are still home. These times are so precious. Don't miss today. Once today is gone, it is gone forever. Be in the moment as much as possible. That is where "quality" of life begins.
