Would you like to relax in the midst of chaos?
Would you like to lessen the stress in your every day life?
Meditation will help you do just that!
Each month, I offer a one-hour meditation class in Temecula, California. It has been my experience that meditation is an awesome way to wind down, center, and breathe. We are so often running here and there, taking care of this and that - rush, rush, rush. The days, weeks, months and even years go by like a blur. If you want to actually enjoy your life as you are living it, I highly recommend meditation.
There are many different forms of meditation. The more active meditations give you an opportunity to let go of some of the stress before sitting in silence. Then, when your body and mind are resting, you get to witness yourself. There’s nothing to do. You just BE. It’s a wonderful way to get to know yourself. I’ve even noticed that my kids love to snug me when I’m sitting in meditation. They are drawn to that calm, peaceful, centered energy.
Another great way to center and ground yourself every day is to pick a “Who I Am” Energy Card and reflect on it. Or, you can take just 5-10 minutes and go through all 41 cards, breathing in the energy. Utilizing the Journal (coming soon!) is another great way to spend time within.
